Amazon has designed a version of Alexa for hotels and their services. With Alexa Smart Properties for Hospitality customers will be able to experience the same comfort of home in their hotel room. TH Group has introduced the new Alexa experience to the TH Rome – Carpegna Palace.

How will guests experience Alexa Smart Properties for Hospitality? Using Alexa in their room, guests can control and adjust compatible devices o play music from the most well-known streaming services. For example, guests will be able to ask Alexa for information such as the Wi-Fi password o where is the gym located? e ask for towels to hotel staff e much more.

The introduction of Alexa in the hotel represents an important step for the hotel industry, which is increasingly focusing on innovation to offer apersonalized experience e comfortable to their guests.
