- Return assistance to the residence: ceiling of €1.500 per plane ticket
- Advance payment of basic necessities: ceiling €2.000
- Medical expenses for extension of stay: ceiling €5.000 (medical checks for Covid-19) – ceiling €5.000 (general medical expenses)
- Compensation for extension of stay: €150 per day for 15 days
- Compensation for hospitalization from Covid-19: for hospitalizations during the holiday of a minimum of 7 days and up to 15 days after the return maximum €1.000
