In the splendid setting of the TH Simeri Village in Calabria the usual annual appointment with is underway in these days (2-12 May). TH Academy, an important training event organized by TH Resorts, a real dress rehearsal in view of the summer season. In the ten days of the Academy, “learning by doing” moments alternate with work on the product, with training modules focused on strengthening soft skills, relationship management, leadership management and motivation, important managerial skills for directors and department heads called to train and coordinate dozens of collaborators.

Some of the content is curated by Italian School of Hospitality – reality born in collaboration with Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and in synergy with theCa 'Foscari University – to promote specialized training programs in a sector, that of tourism, which is strategic for the country.

TH Resorts has always invested in people and during the TH Academy we work together to refine skills, improve the quality of the service offered and promote a strong and cohesive corporate culture. The training is organized on different levels: during the first days the sector heads work on the product and for the second part of the Academy they then become trainers of the junior figures. They have been organised 23 classrooms, 5 theater events and an afternoon of team building, gastronomic events need tasting and an insight into theTH apps to support the organization of working days. Training is accompanied by moments of conviviality and discussion between colleagues in one's sector with the possibility of entering into synergy with the people with whom one will work for the next few months. This year, for the first time, there will be a moment open to the families of collaborators: for a whole day everyone will be involved in the activities and will be able to have fun in the company of the TH Crew.
