The installments
At the time of purchase, the first installment will be charged to your card. The next 2 installments will be charged monthly.
A simple service
The service is simple to activate and accepts all major credit, debit, or prepaid cards. Only the first installment will be charged at the time of purchase.
Payments
You will receive a message (via SMS or email) a few days before the due date from Scalapay reminding you of the payment. In case of refund and/or cancellation, the conditions signed at the time of purchase apply.
No, you just need to be of legal age and have a credit, debit, or prepaid card. Scalapay accepts all major credit, debit, and prepaid cards from VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS circuits.
If the automatic installment payment fails, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment directly from your Scalapay account
You can use Scalapay up to a maximum of €2,500 per transaction.
Scalapay will apply late payment fees as explained below:
- Payment made by the due date = no additional cost!
- Payment made over 1 day late = up to 6 euros additional costs
- Payment made over 1 week late = additional 6 euros (in addition to the first fee, up to a maximum of 12 euros for each payment).
The total cost of fees cannot exceed 15% of the loan value (second and third installments).
- Our systems evaluate each order individually at the time of purchase and not all orders are approved. When possible, we will inform you of the reason for refusal but often for security reasons we are unable to provide a detailed explanation.
- Approval does not depend on availability on your card.
