Reports of illegal conduct
Have you become aware of unlawful conduct in violation of the 231 Model, the related Code of Conduct and other violations of sectoral acts set out in Appendix A of the Procedure for reporting offenses and irregularities ("Whistleblowing Policy") adopted by TH Group?
We inform you that it is possible to submit a report using the reporting channels provided in the "Whistleblowing Policy".
We remind you that whoever complains must be aware of the facts due to the functions performed and is required to communicate information on well-detailed violations based on elements of precise and consistent facts, and not facts of generic, confused and/or clearly defamatory or slanderous content .
In compliance with the law on Whistleblowing (Legislative Decree 24/2023 implementing EU Directive 1937/2019), TH Group ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, also to protect him from any retaliation and/or discrimination that could occur following the notification made.
TH Group makes available to all employees, collaborators, consultants, partners, suppliers and counterparties of the Group's business activities, as well as any third parties informed of the facts, a platform (“whistleblowing software”) to link https://thgroupsegnalazioniillecito.integrityline.com
to report possible violations of Model 231, of the related code of conduct, and of other violations of sectoral acts.
Our "Whistleblowing Policy" also indicates other possible reporting channels, which we ask you to use only if the aforementioned software is temporarily unavailable.
