Reports of unlawful conduct

Have you become aware of unlawful conduct violating the 231 Model, the related Code of Conduct, and other violations of sector-specific acts provided for in Appendix A of the Procedure for reports of unlawful acts and irregularities (“Whistleblowing Policy”) adopted by TH Group?

We inform you that it is possible to submit a report using the reporting channels provided in the “Whistleblowing Policy.”

We remind you that the whistleblower must be aware of the facts by reason of the functions performed and is required to communicate information on violations that are well substantiated and based on precise and consistent factual elements, and not facts of a generic, confused and/or clearly defamatory or slanderous nature.

In compliance with the law on Whistleblowing (Legislative Decree 24/2023 implementing EU Directive 1937/2019), TH Group ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, also to protect them from any retaliation and/or discrimination that may occur following the report made.

TH Group provides all employees, collaborators, consultants, partners, suppliers, and counterparties of the Group’s business activities, as well as any third parties informed of the facts, with a platform (“whistleblowing software”) at the link https://thgroupsegnalazioniillecito.integrityline.com.
