After the TH Le Castella Baia degli Dei and TH Lazise Parchi del Garda resorts, this represents the third acquisition operation carried out in the last three months.

TH Resorts has taken over the management of the Florio Park Hotel in Cinisi Mare. A rebranding of the resort is planned, the name of which will become TH Cinisi Florio Park Hotel, becoming part of the portfolio of 30 structures throughout Italy with more than 6.800 rooms.
Il TH Cinisi Florio Park Hotel is a historic structure in Western Sicily, the first operation in the field of hotel ownership by Giuseppe Cassarà, an authoritative exponent of Sicilian tourism, who passed away just over a year ago.
The four-star hotel, located within a four-hectare park, has 200 rooms, which overlook a splendid beach of fine golden sand, to which are added swimming pools, a sun terrace, a wellness center and a congresses, able to accommodate up to 400 people.
