as has been known for some time, thanks to the wide dissemination of this provision that all the information bodies have made, the European Parliament on 25 March 2021 approved the Digital Green Certificate, better known as the "Vaccination Passport" or "Green Pass", definitively launched on 14 June by means of European Regulation 2021/953, which provided for its application from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 to all countries of the Union. The purpose of the Regulation is that indicated in its Article 1 which provides: This Regulation establishes a framework for the issuing, verification and acceptance of interoperable COVID-19 certificates relating to vaccination, testing and recovery (digital COVID certificate of EU) with the aim of facilitating the exercise of the right of free movement during the COVID-19 pandemic by their holders. This Regulation also contributes to facilitating the gradual lifting of restrictions on free movement put in place by Member States, in accordance with Union law, to limit the spread of SARS-CoV-2 in a coordinated way.” The Regulation also provided that EU countries had to make COVID-19 certificates available by the deadline of 12 August 2021.

Italy, with law decree 105/2021, has set the date of August 6th to make the Covid-19 Green Certificate, or Green Pass, fully operational. It follows that, if there are no changes or exceptions to the current legal provision (specifically art. 3 DL 105/2021), each traveler will be required to show the COVID 19 Green Certificate upon entry to the accommodation facility ( so-called Green Pass).

The exhibition will be requested at the time of check-in in order to avoid checks every time you enter the restaurant, or the theater, or other places for which the prior verification of the Green Pass has been arranged pursuant to the aforementioned Decree Law.

It is also specified that, if you do not yet have the vaccination certificate, you can proceed to carry out an antigenic or molecular swab before arriving at the facility, which is not prior to entry by 48 or 72 hours respectively.
