TH Resorts supports the birth of the first Italian School of Hospitality in Egypt

Hurghada, Egypt – October 24, 2024

Within the framework of the Mattei Plan for Africa, the first Italian School of Hospitality is born in Hurghada, an initiative that opens new prospects for young Egyptians eager to pursue a career in the tourism and hospitality sector. The inaugural ceremony, attended by the Italian Minister of Tourism, marks a significant moment in the cooperation between Italy and Egypt, laying the foundations for high-level training in a strategic sector for both nations.

TH Resorts is proud to be a partner in this project and to participate in the inaugural ceremony, where our HR Director, Lorenzo Bighin, represented the company alongside Giulio Contini, Director of the Italian School of Hospitality. Bighin reiterated TH Resorts’ commitment to supporting initiatives that promote training and the development of professional skills in hospitality. Our involvement in this project reflects TH Resorts’ mission to promote excellence and quality in tourism, with a particular focus on skills in food & beverage and customer experience management.

The school aims to be a hub of excellence and innovation, where the Italian experience in tourism and hospitality will be passed on to the new generations, ready to operate in an increasingly competitive and global sector.

TH Resorts will continue to support and promote projects of this kind, contributing to the development of a global network of hospitality talents and professional inclusion. Being part of this important initiative represents a decisive step for us towards a more inclusive and international tourism, in line with our values and vision for the future.
