Beaches that earn the Blue Flag are assessed according to rigorous criteria that include the water cleaning, the environmental management, offered services andenvironmental education. This quality mark is synonymous with excellence and represents a guarantee for tourists to find safe, well-kept and environmentally friendly beaches.
