On the occasion of Campo Base, the new corporate event that brought together for the first time all the operational structures of Padua, Milan and Pesaro together with the directors, TH Resorts presented the renewed organizational chart and outlined the strategic guidelines for the future. The event, introduced by President Graziano Debellini, represented a crucial moment of sharing and vision.

The new CEO Alberto Peroglio Longhin he illustrated his priorities: consolidating the group's growth through process efficiency, brand enhancement and organizational innovation.

Among the main innovations, the new governance stands out, which expresses the group's commitment to leading a phase of significant innovation. Maria Debellini, appointed Vice President with the role of Chief Innovation Officer, stressed:
The strategy for our future will be to protect the values of our brand within a path of innovation, for which we will have to commit to taking care of every single new project.

She is joined by Salvatore Piazza, who took on the role of Chief Operation Officer. Piazza will be responsible for the integrated management of the product, operational and commercial areas, with the aim of optimizing processes and ensuring leaner and more responsive management, positioning the group competitively with respect to the evolution of market models in all segments. The new COO has emphasized the importance of product quality and consistency.
Our priority will be to offer a recognizable, but at the same time innovative product, that meets the needs of customers and strengthens their bond with the brand. We cannot be satisfied, we must dare and build with entrepreneurial spirit and shared responsibility, through a reorganization of processes.
