As part of the Mattei Plan for Africa, the first Italian School of Hospitality, an initiative that opens new prospects for young Egyptians who wish to pursue a career in the tourism and hospitality sector. The inaugural ceremony, attended by the Italian Minister of Tourism, marks a significant moment in the cooperation between Italy and Egypt, laying the foundations for high-level training in a strategic sector for both nations.
TH Resorts is proud to be a partner of this project and to participate in the inaugural ceremony, where our HR Director, Lorenzo Bighin, represented the company alongside Julius Contini, Director of the Italian School of Hospitality. Bighin reiterated TH Resorts' commitment to supporting initiatives that promote the training and development of professional skills in hospitality. Our involvement in this project reflects TH Resorts' mission to promote excellence and quality in tourism, with a particular focus on skills in food & beverage and customer experience management.
The school aims to be a hub of excellence and innovation, where the Italian experience in tourism and hospitality will be transmitted to the new generation, ready to operate in an increasingly competitive and global sector.
